Hellboy II: The Golden Army

I mean the german guy, not hellboy.

I think we are all aware of the violence in this movie, but there's a bit of language. Hellboy tells a German character not to say the word "focused" much with his accent, it sound kinda like he's saying the f-word. He also later tells a man to suck his ectoplasmic (german word.)

I thought that the first one was way better because it showed more of what Hellboy was really about and i overall liked the first one a little bit better than i liked this one. This one was still very good and i still enjoyed it. A problem i have is that is somewhat comedic and there is a lot of jokes so when the serious stuff happens its hard to take it serious plus it was kind of cringey to watch with my parents but they still laughed at the funny parts. I mean im not really complaining that bad i mean i could still handle it and im not saying i hate it. It felt very incomplete like a puzzle with a few missing pieces to it. This one was bland and didn't show enough of hellboy and focused on comedy and things that didn't matter. Once again the CGI is OK and acceptable. It was a very OK movie.

If you read my Hellboy 2004 review, you know I thought it was pretty peculiar. This one is even more peculiar but it didn’t bother me as much. This first one had more gross out scenes but this one just had wack and weird creatures and people. I actually found this movie a lot better than the first. It’s more of a(this may come of weird)magical experience. It’s super fun! Being a Hellboy fan, this film is great!

Lots of violence in this movie: crushing fairies

A great movie though as all sequels are, a little Worse than the original but all the same awesome.

Hellboy 2 The Golden Army is an imaginative, scary film with nonstop action and awesome special effects. Violence, disturbing images, and terror: 4/5 There are scary and huge monsters as well as many battle sequences, fights, and destruction. Sex/nudity: 1/5 Liz is pregnant Language: 2/5 Some mild language. Quality: 4/5 The storyline and script are terrific and there are great sequences of action. The acting is convincing and the characters are good. My mpaa rating: PG-13 for Intense sci-fi action and violence and some frightening/ disturbing images.

i saw this when i was ten and its my favorite movie its awesome just violence is gunshots monsters and demons.
