My kid LOVES this game!!
Game includes stuff you would see in a Spider-Man game (punching, kicking, ect.) One of the crime missions shows people selling drugs. One cutscene features one of the main villains, Kraven The Hunter, getting his head bitten off by Venom, with some mild blood. The game also includes some swearing, with characters in the game using words such as ass, damn, and prick. This game features the 2 main protagonists (Miles Morales and Peter Parker) facing off famous Spider-Man villains such as Venom, Kraven The Hunter, The Lizard, Mysterio, ect. The appearance of Venom and The Lizard may scare some younger audiences. This game includes mentions of death, Peter Parker lost his Aunt May due to the Devil's Breath bioweapon (if you don't know what this is, play the first game.) Miles Morales also lost his father in a terrorist attack in City Hall. To sum it up: This game is a great game for your Marvel loving kids. If they have a PS5 and they love Marvel, you should get them this game.

Why the teen rating ESRB u cray cray
One of the best games I have ever played. I even took 35 hours of my time to get the platinum trophy. Only a little bit of violence, cause it’s a spider man game. The story was very good and all the side missions were amazing except for the symbiote nests those so annoying. Overall very good game.

One of the Best Games of 2023 #1
One of the best games I've played in the longest time in last 20-something years. Growing up with Spider Man on the PS2 days. But Marvel Spider Man 2 holds its place at #1 in Top Games of 2023 giving 5 out of 5 and 10 out of 10... After putting in 30 hours on PS5, platinum it and maxed level to Level 60 this game has incredible story, characters, villains, music, darker tone, gameplay, etc.

Incredible Game with Unfortunate Profanity
Like the two games preceding it, Spider Man 2 is an incredible game with a rich story and endless entertainment in free roam. No other franchise has entertained me this much with the world exploration alone, nor taken as much of my time (because I lose track of it) in so doing. That being said, I was disappointed with the frequency of profanity in the missions — primarily the main story missions — and it made playing while my daughter watches much more difficult to manage.

Awesome game dosen't deserve pegi 16+ read article
I loved the game. It was an awesome third game. It has a little darkness with the suit and all, and there's a few kisses and swearing, but nothing much. Dosen't deserve a Pegi 16+ at all. Great game! Would recommend for any gamer who likes Spider-Man. It is also very easy to learn to play. Both the Spider Men are great role models and help each other. I believe this will teach kids to be nice and help each other. Oh and sure it has violence, but it teaches kids also not to break laws. This is my favorite game of the century. #Be Greater Together

Good for children mature 11-12+ year olds
Great game, brilliant story line, only bad bit not rated 12-16 was a scene where somebody was beheaded but other than that not too graphic. Must say got robbed of the goty tho :(
