This engaging, jam-packed, comic-like storybook includes tons of Spanish vocabulary on each page. Each illustration is filled with new scenes and many different food trucks for readers to explore. In addition, each page will have kids reading through speech bubbles and paying attention to details and labeled illustrations. Author Raúl the Third, a Pura Belpré Medal-winning illustrator, beautifully draws young readers into a busy world and does an exceptional job exposing them to Spanish vocabulary and Latinx culture. Specific items and traditional foods featured in ¡Vamos! Let's Go Eat! are Latinx in origin but have universal appeal, making this a great book for families to read together. There's so much to talk about! Kids can discover new illustrations and details on repeated readings, and they'll want to read this book over and over.
