About Jennifer Borget

Jennifer is a former journalist turned award-winning digital creator. After studying broadcast journalism and earning a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, she worked as a TV news anchor and reporter at News 8 Austin (Spectrum News). During that time, she freelanced for websites including BabyCenter.com and Parenting.com. In 2008, Jennifer started her own lifestyle blog, Cherish 365, which she continues to run today. There she chronicles her life as a mom of three who's striving to cherish every day. She covers everything from parenting and photography to diversity and inclusion to -- you guessed it -- movies! She's a lifelong fan of animated musicals and has been a self-proclaimed family film critic for years. She's had incredible opportunities to attend red carpet events for movies like Moana and The BFG and interview stars including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Oprah, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Steven Spielberg. Most recently, Jennifer and her oldest daughter co-authored the "Family Movie Night Journal" to bring families together with a fun tradition and a love of movies. When she's not reviewing, rating, and ranking films, you might find Jennifer reading a new book, homeschooling her children, or trying to keep her garden alive.
