What’s It About?
WUBBZY'S BEAUTY SALON puts kids in charge of a beauty salon, where they prepare a waiting room full of customers for a night of dancing. Kids drag a customer into one of four beauty treatment rooms: the manicure room, the makeup room, the hair room, and the facial room. They'll clip, buff, and paint nails; apply makeup and shampoo, blow-dry hair, and choose a crazy hat; and shave or pluck hairs and give customers relaxing facials. After each treatment, kids are rewarded by watching their customers dance on the club's dance floor.
Is It Any Good?
Some parents may find the nightclub scene an odd choice for a preschool game, and the character decked out in go-go boots doing splits next to a pole might raise adult's eyebrows. Preschoolers won't think anything of it except that it's funny. With four treatment rooms and all the characters in the waiting room, kids have a lot to explore. Options for creativity are pretty limited, though. Kids have a few color options for the nail polish and several stickers for manicures, and they can choose from several tools and colors in the makeup room and a hat in the hair room. It's cute and fun to explore, with some silly surprises from the customers.

Families can talk about the characters and why they're in the salon. Make up stories to match their personalities.
Have a little spa day at home, giving each other facials, manicures, and makeovers. Be sure to take lots of pictures!
