Top-notch photo app crams in functionality; some iffy stuff.

What’s It About?
PICSART - PHOTO STUDIO has too much functionality to cover adequately, but here goes: time lapse, burst, front and back cameras, effects, stickers, backgrounds, collage, drawing (on photo, blank, or background), thematic contests, photo search, Facebook integration (find friends, post), artists listing, networking with other artists (account profile, followers, notifications, followings, likes, suggestions for followings), gallery of interesting recent photos, and tagged photos.
Is It Any Good?
PicsArt – Photo Studio is a sharp and sophisticated app with more functionality than you would ever expect of a mobile app. Teens and adults will find a place to create beautiful photography and digital art as well as share and appreciate it with a community of like-minded artists. Drawing mode is nearly as amazing with enough features and controls to make it quite accurate with a stylus. Less artsy features like collage still offer enough options to keep hobbyists happy. The extreme integration with Facebook might scare off those who don't want to offer up their friends to every service in cyberspace, but those deep into artistic pursuits will rightly appreciate it.
Besides the access to some iffy content, the tiniest nitpicky problems are that views are occasionally a bit too cramped, navigation is sometimes confusing or redundant, and the main page layout follows recent panel-style trends to its detriment. Not to worry, any app with this much punch can't help but fall down in tiny ways here and there.
