Little kids will enjoy exploring and practicing age appropriate phonics and number sense skills through this language-immersive experience. The colorful app is preschool-friendly and simple to navigate. Changing content language requires one simple tap. The games, read along books, and sing along videos are delightfully fun. The collection of games reinforces foundational skills -- letter recognition, letter sound recognition, and counting, which reinforce school readiness. Parents who want to introduce kids to Spanish or English and are looking for an assorted and engaging bilingual experience will find Canticos Bilingual Preschool appealing. Most content, other than Art and Stickers, is geared towards building language skills, and the creative activities add some variety. The eclectic content also taps into different interests and abilities. Some kids may be ready to listen to stories or participate in a sing along, while others may be ready to explore and practice letter sounds and expressive vocabulary in both languages. Plus, there's a bit of social-emotional learning content, which is a great addition.

One of the most unique aspects of Canticos Bilingual Preschool is the collection of songs and books, which include well-known Latin American classics. The curated collection goes beyond promoting language acquisition, creating an opportunity to learn about and celebrate culture. To take full advantage of the content on the app, a subscription is definitely necessary.
