Recommended links for licensees to provide to consumers

Alaska Statute 04 requires holders of the Manufacturer Direct Shipment License (MDSL) and Package Store licensees with Shipping Endorsements who ship alcohol in response to written requests, to provide information to the consumer on FASD.

The information provided to the consumer shall be either written or electronic and must inform the consumer on fetal alcohol syndrome and fetal alcohol effects resulting from a woman’s consumption of alcohol during pregnancy.Below is a list of recommended links that licensees may send to consumers which meets the statutory requirement.
