These NBCUniversal Supplemental Terms of Service for CNBC Select ("Supplemental Terms") apply to your use of any CNBC Select services (the "CNBC Select Services"). The Supplemental Terms include the NBCUniversal Terms of Service ("NBCU ToS"), and any other documentation, policies or guidelines that we may provide in writing. Capitalized terms not defined below will have the meanings given to such terms in the NBCU ToS. By using any CNBC Select Services, you are agreeing to these Supplemental Terms.
