I just won or cashed in a tournament; how do I claim and collect my prize?

Congratulations on your win! In order to claim and receive your prize, winners are required to provide to us the required eligibility information listed below. You only have to do this part one (1) time. (As long as you don't move.)

Eligibility consists of Proof of Identity, Proof of Residency, and Proof of Age. All three (3) of these requirements must be satisfied in order to claim and collect your prize. Any one (1) of these forms of identification are acceptable to prove eligibility:

  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Valid US State Identification Card
  • Valid US Military ID
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License
  • Valid Canadian Province Identification Card
  • Valid Foreign Passport

In order to prove your eligibility, please do the following:

Submit a scan or photo of a valid identification (from the list above), along with your full name and your ClubWPT username, and then send it to us using one (1) of the following methods:

IMPORTANT: If you have won $600 or more in total in any given calendar year, U.S. Federal Tax Regulations requires that you complete and return IRS form W-9 and that we issue you a form 1099 at the end of each calendar year.

If you prefer - and to speed up the process of getting any prize money mailed to you – you can always fill out and submit the above W-9 form now. But you will only be issued a 1099 form at the end of each calendar year if your total winnings for the year are $600 or greater. (Please note that you are not required to submit a W-9 form unless your cumulative annual winnings are $600 or more in any given calendar year.)

Please allow 4 weeks for processing once all required information is received.

Your prize will be processed upon receipt of proof of eligibility as outlined above. We will contact you via email if any of the requirements have been unmet, or if you are ineligible for any other reason. If you meet the eligibility requirements, we will advise you of when you should expect your prize to be mailed or shipped.

NOTE: If any prize, or prize notification is undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any of the Terms & Conditions or addendums to, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

I’m a VIP, Diamond, or Super SATurdays member. Where can I find my prizes or see how much I’ve won?

VIP, Diamond, and Super SATurdays members can view and claim any eligible prizes by accessing their player account information.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Open the main menu by clicking on the 3-line menu located in the upper left hand corner.
  3. Locate the section “Information and Security” and click on “My Prizes.”
What are Tournament Points?

Tournament Points (TPs) are used to buy into VIP tournaments on ClubWPT. All players start with a fixed amount of TPs (500) upon opening a VIP account. They cannot be reloaded, but will be automatically “topped up” once per day. TPs can be used as buy-in for certain tournaments and may be awarded for certain tournaments. TPs are non-transferable and have no cash value.

My game keeps freezing on the “game loading” screen when I try to play.

If your game or table fail to properly load, it is most likely due to the way your browser stores data, including images, in its cache. Clearing your cache will remove this old data, and any conflicts this old data may cause, and allow you to continue with your game. For your convenience, here are some helpful resources to walk you through the steps of how to clear your cache:

Why was I automatically eliminated from a tournament I was registered for? I logged in late and found I was already kicked out...

In order to cut down on player absenteeism, any player registered for a tournament at ClubWPT will be automatically eliminated twenty (20) minutes after the start of the game if no action was ever taken in that time. As long as one (1) action is taken within that time frame, you will not be automatically eliminated. So it would be advisable to at least take your seat and fold a hand, then sit out in order to avoid this action.

What can I win?

VIP Members can win large cash prizes and wonderful merchandise with ClubWPT - we give away over $100,000 in cash and prizes every month! In addition, if you refer your friends to join the Club, you can earn hundreds or even thousands of dollars!

How do tournaments work?

VIP Members can play in both single-table and multi-table tournaments. At the beginning of each tournament, every player starts with the same number of chips, and the tournament continues until one player has accumulated all of the chips. Some tournaments are cash tournaments, in which the top performing players win cash prizes, while others are satellite tournaments, in which the top performing players win seats to larger prize pool tournaments. There are also tournaments which offer merchandise prizes. These prizes are not transferable.

How does the Free Trial work?

You can take advantage of the free two-week trial membership by signing up for a VIP membership. You will be required to provide a credit card or bank information, though you will not be charged during your free trial period. Simply cancel anytime within your first 14 days, and you will not be charged. If you are enjoying our poker tournaments, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a VIP member. How do I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your VIP Membership, please contact us at (702) 430-9706, Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 AM EST and 11:00 PM EST.

A ClubWPT Membership Coordinator will be able to help you process your request.

You can also email your cancellation request to cancel@theclubservices.com. Your e-mail must include your Username, First & Last Name, E-mail Address and Phone Number as it currently appears on your account. Your cancellation will be processed within 48 hours of your request.

PLEASE NOTE: your Member Benefits & Tournament Points will no longer be available for use once you have completed the cancellation process and reached the end of your billing term.

What if I forget my password
  1. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link at the bottom of the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address registered with your account and click 'Submit'.
  3. You will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password.
  4. Click on the link to open the password reset screen in a new browser window.
  5. Enter your new password and confirm the same. Also, you may have to enter the answers to your secret questions for the password to be reset.

If you do not remember the answers to your secret questions or if the email address registered with your account is no longer in use, kindly contact Customer Support by sending an email to members@theclubservices.com.

How do I update my account information?

You can change details about your address, email address, phone number, and your account security questions and answers. Login to your account and open the menu located in the upper left hand corner of the lobby area. Click on ‘Personal Information’ under ‘Information and Security’ and change the relevant info you wish to update. Click on ‘Update Profile' and you are done.

What is the difference between VIP/Diamond poker and Free poker?

VIP Poker allows VIP Members to play for a chance to share in $100,000 in monthly cash and prizes, including VIP Packages to live WPT events. ClubWPT also offers Free Social Casino and Free Social Poker where players can play for free with Play Chips. There are no cash or prizes available in Free Social Casino and Free Social Poker, as these are all about having fun playing games we all love to play.

What are Play Chips?

Play Chips allow you to play any of our Free Social Casino and Free Social Poker games. All players will start with a fixed amount of Play Chips upon creating a ClubWPT account. Don't worry if you run out of play chips, all players will receive free bonus Play Chips every day and have the option to purchase more Play Chips from our virtual chip store. Please note, Play Chips do not have real-world value and cannot be used outside the ClubWPT game environment. Play Chips cannot be sold, traded, bartered, or transferred between players. Play Chips cannot be redeemed for actual cash or prizes.

Can I earn more Play Chips?

There are many ways players can earn free Play Chips within the social casino.

  1. First Time Player Bonus: First time players are given a one-time bonus of Play Chips on their first login to help get them started.
  2. Daily Top Off Bonus: The first time players log in each day, if their Play Chip balance is under 5,000 Play Chips, they will be topped off up so their balance is 5,000.
  3. Multi-Hour Bonus: A countdown timer will give players a bonus after a certain amount of time has passed or action is taken. Upon collection the timer will start again.
  4. Level Up Bonus: Players receive bonus Play Chips when they achieve a new progression level.
How do I play on mobile?

ClubWPT is fully mobile optimized and responsive. To play on your mobile device, simply navigate to www.clubwpt.com on your mobile browser and login with the same username and password you normally login with (or you can login with your Facebook account if they are connected).

I’ve already registered a ClubWPT account. How do I log in?
  1. To log in to your ClubWPT account, go to clubwpt.com.
  2. Click the “Login” button located in the top right corner of the page.
  3. On the login screen, enter your username and password and click the “Login” button. Or, if you have previously connected your Facebook account, simply click “Login With Facebook.”
