Bill C-410

On June 19, 2024, in the House of Commons, MP Rood presented her Private Members Bill C-410 entitled “An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (campgrounds)”.
After nearly a decade of dedicated effort, this significant milestone is the result of a collective effort by all provincial campground associations, CCRVA (national), RVDA and CRVA.
We extend our deepest thank you to MP Rood (Lambton-Middlesex-Kent) and her staff who identified that this issue as a priority and for working with Camping In Ontario to create this Private Members Bill.
