The BVL advises applicants and pharmaceutical companies on scientific and procedural topics prior to the submission of an application or during an ongoing procedure. For example, questions regarding the planning and implementation of an authorisation procedure can be clarified. Even after a marketing authorisation has been granted, questions concerning, for example, the processing and implementation of variation procedures can be quickly clarified in a direct discussion.

Please note, that a fee is charged for scientific consultations.

The prerequisite for a consultation is that there are questions that cannot be answered satisfactorily in writing.
Please note that approximately 20 working days are required to organise the meeting.
