List of unwanted substances in plant protection products

Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 contains a list of the co-formulants whose use in plant protection products is not permitted under Article 27. Annex III was filled for the first time with Regulation (EU) 2021/383.

The following list contains toxicologically or ecotoxicologically relevant co-formulants which were removed from plant protection products over the past few years or were replaced by less critical substances. Plant protection products containing a substance from the following list will not be authorised.
