The following table contains documents from assessments of active substances where Germany is the Rapporteur Member State (RMS). Some files are very large. If the file size exceeds 6 MB, the documents are split into several parts. Documents of more than 25 MB are not offered as downloads. Instead, CD-ROMs may be requested at the BVL. Please contact:

Draft Assessment Reports (DARs) and Addenda

DARs are available here until July 2005. Other DARs may be obtained at the EFSA. With the conclusion of the assessment procedure the DAR- and addenda form the so called Background Document A.

Background Document B

This document contains reports from the expert meetings as well as comments, discussion papers and evaluation tables.

Background Document C

This is a collection of various documents which have been produced after conclusion of the peer review.

List of protected studies

After the approval of an active substance the RMS prepares a reference list with studies on the active substance (Annex-II-studies) for which the applicant has claimed data protection. For active substances of the first stage these lists are included in the review reports. For active substances of the second to fourth stage, where Germany is RMS, these reference lists are found below. Reference lists for other active substances may be obtained from the designated authority of the RMS.

In case of existing active substances the second column of the following table gives the stage of the review programme. New active substances are marked by NAS.
