Lana Del Rey Is Married to Alligator Tour Guide Jeremy Dufrene! Learn All About Their Secret Louisiana Ceremony

Less than a month after announcing their romance to the public, singer Lana Del Rey and alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene are reportedly married. In photos and videos obtained by the Daily Mail, the couple is seen in wedding-day attire at the Des Allemandes, Louisiana bayou where Dufrene works. The singer-songwriter wore a floor-length, scoop-neck gown with a ruffle for the occasion. She was pictured with her hair pulled back into a ponytail—and tied with a blue ribbon—which she let cascade down the left side of her neck. She held a white floral bouquet as she walked down the aisle with her father, Robert Green, the Daily Mail reported. 

Reportedly saying “I do” at Dufrene’s place of work, Arthur’s Air Boat Tour, the couple appeared to add a white tent to the bayou with folding chairs underneath. Pictured walking hand-in-hand with his famous partner, Dufrene wore a dark suit with a pocket chain and brown shoes for the occasion. While on the property, the reported newlyweds strolled past one of his swamp air boats, which had been decorated for the occasion white white flowers, according to the Daily Mail. The news of their marriage comes just a day after People confirmed that the duo obtained a marriage license from the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court on September 23, 2024. 

While the couple first went public with their relationship while attending another famous wedding (that of Karen Elson and Lee Foster), there are no reports yet of any A-list guests at the Louisiana celebration. However, the Daily Mail did report that the singer’s sister, Caroline Grant, and her brother, Charlie Hill-Grant, were in attendance at Del Rey's nuptials. It is not yet known whether or not the singer’s mother, Patricia Ann Hill, was also at her daughter’s big day. 

The singer's private romance with Dufrene dates back to 2019. On March 22, 2019, the singer first shared photos of her and the guide on Facebook after she took one of his tours. “Jeremy lemme be captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours x,” she captioned the post. Five years later, she seemed to hint at her relationship with the Louisiana resident on May 16, 2024, posting an Instagram with the caption, “Family w my guy @jeremy.dufrene 📸 @codyjay.” The duo was spotted hand-in-hand later that summer as Del Rey performed at the Reading Festival in Reading, England. However, it wasn't until this month that they officially went public with their relationship at Elson and Foster’s nuptials in New York, appearing to coordinate their matching blue-hued looks. The singer donned a light blue halter-style dress paired with mesh ballet flats for the occasion, while Dufrene stepped out in the city in a blue suit and brown shoes. While this would be the singer’s first marriage, People reported that this would be Dufrene’s second, who also has two daughters and a son from a previous relationship.
