★ Who am I? I am a software engineer, currently working at CCBill. I have more than 10 years of experience in creating software in PHP/MySQL, team lead experience, strong experience with OOP and MVC frameworks, such as Laravel and Symfony, strong WordPress experience, fluency in English (but speak French and Spanish, as well) and a bachelor's degree in information technologies. I have experience with agile software development methodologies and processes and have been working in teams that apply Scrum for many years. I have also applied other modern software development practices, such as pair programming and have been participating in peer code reviews. Scalable and high-performance solutions (using AWS) are also my area of expertise (over 100K daily visitors). I have worked with job queue software, such as Beanstalkd, and caching systems, such as Redis. Writing unit tests is part of my workflow and I have experience with TDD. I have worked with microservices. I am familiar with frontend technologies - HTML/CSS/Javascript, as well as React JS. Furthermore, I have basic experience with a wide range of programming languages and technologies, such as Java, C#, C and Python. I have worked with Elasticsearch, NoSQL database systems, such as Apache Cassandra, and Docker. ★ What am I like?
