• Spearheaded defining a practical scope and tone for the project, leading team members in the various production phases and production work such as Modeling, Texturing, Mapping, Rigging, Animation, Lighting and Rendering, Paint effects, nCloth , Match moving, Compositing and VFX. Can handle Multiple Cameras in a scene.
• Always find multiple solutions to problems and alternative strategies to clear roadblocks. Continuously finding methods to save time/effort during development. Innovative, self-driven, with a positive learning mindset.

Magic Machine (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Magic Machine did not do so. All funds in escrow were returned to tgz (the employer).

There were three problems:
1) we have agreed to begin the work in early September; in his bid magicpangle indicated a lead time of 8 days; after more than a month magicpangle made only a third of the required images;
2) at the beginning of the project we agreed on a design style (see picture http://www.orbisquadro.com/magicpangle/Chosen_style.jpg ), but magicpangle has used a different style (see http://www.orbisquadro.com/magicpangle/Before.jpg ). After my complaints, he attempted to adjust the designs, but without success (see http://www.orbisquadro.com/magicpangle/After.jpg ).
3) magicpangle did not pay attention to the information contained in my script (a document in which I described every image) and made big errors.
Working with magicpangle was a big disappointment and I lost my deposit.
