I am quiet, serious, hardworking and conscientious. I am practical and realistic, and I pay careful attention to detail. I am good at accurately remembering facts and details, especially those relating to people and my interactions with them. To do my best work, I need clearly defined directions and expectations. I have good common sense and tend to make thoughtful and sensible decisions. I am patient and caring, and I am interested in others’ needs and feelings. However, I generally only share my own feelings and opinions with people I know well. I am protective, loyal, devoted to friends and family, and take great pride in their accomplishments. I have a strong work ethic and take my commitments seriously. By nature, I tend to be totally focused on the present. Sometimes I don’t fully understand a situation because I am too focused on the details. I may not see possibilities that don’t already exist or are unproven. Careful, thorough and meticulous, I may feel overwhelmed when learning new skills. I may not like to ask others for help for fear of disturbing them. My decisions are based primarily on my feelings and values, so they are not always very logical. Generous and kind, I tend to put other people’s needs above my own, which can lead to me becoming overworked or pulled in too many directions. I need to work at being assertive so that inconsiderate people don’t take advantage of me. I strongly dislike tension and conflict and will try to accommodate people’s needs. I usually dress aptly for all occasions as I like things settled and am annoyed when plans change without notice. I don’t like to take risks and am happiest with a predictable routine. While I want to please the people close to me, I am rarely willing to compromise on really important issues.
