$50 Find Qualified Job Applicants in Zhejiang Province,China (1727039)

I need someone to post my job in Zhejiang province, China. I will not consider bids more than $50. You must be an expert on finding new job recruits in China. I will need to be contacted by 20 qualified applicants that have the qualifications I am looking for. The applicants must live in Zhejiang Province. Preferrably near Ningbo, Yiwu, Shengzhou, Zhuji, Hangzhou. I will provide the job details to those interested in my bid. You will have 5 days to complete this task. I will not release the escrow until the 20 qualified applicants have contacted me within the 5 days of awarding the bid. If I don't get the 20 qualified applicants in 5 days the escrow will be returned to me.
