Data Entry Assistance Needed
$2-8 USD / hora
I am looking for someone to work
- 4 hours per day 5 days per week (Monday through Friday)
- Between the hours of 9am and 8am PST
- The hours you work are up to you - you can split them up as you see fit.
- Length of project: > 12 months
Your tasks for example
- entering in patient info into Zoho CRM
- creating a file (ie MS Word, Google Doc, Zoho Write) with patient info
- copy and paste certain parts from a document into another document
- send templated email asking for a contract to be signed if it hasn’t been done so already
- copy information from a website and paste it into a document and format the document
- enter information on a website to send in a medication to a pharmacy
- rename files in folders according to instructions
- Use Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, Google Docs
Training videos will be sent to you.
You do NOT need to be bilingual or speak perfect English. It is ok if you have an accent. You must be able to read and understand English well.
You do NOT need to have a phone number but if you have one it is an advantage
Price will be $2 USD per hour
