Key Tasks: - Locate Resources: Identify relevant forums, subreddits, Discord servers, and other communities related to the target audience. Reach out to schools and educational departments. - Discover Audiences: Research and pinpoint potential customer segments. - Find Pain Points: Interact with community members to understand their challenges and needs. Discover how we can help them. - Organize Feedback: Collect user input on features, design, and priorities. Organize this along with the pain points. - Plan Outreach: Develop a strategy to create regular engagement with users, post updates, and foster interest in the project. - Launch campaign: Assist in e-mail campaign.
