Convert a Template to a Website

Hello, We have a design in Illustrator CS5 that needs to be taken to Magento 1.8 CE - This theme needs: - To be responsive / compatible with multiple browsers and devices. ( We look for quality similar to this theme [login to view URL] ) - With a homepage slider, easy to manage from back-end. - With a featured products slider, that could be inserted anywhere. (widget) - Use of jquery/js for example to add an item to cart or when customer select an attribute as "color". - The top menu should be able to have sub-menus, as this [login to view URL] - The lateral menu should open the submenus without loading the page again. - Top Cart button when clicked should show a small inline window, as in other standard magento themes. - Prices, Images, Description, Maker, etc. needs to be easy updated from the magento backend. - We need to be able to edit almost every detail from backend. - Gallery of product without popups, changing loaded images in the same box. - Needs to have a dynamic onepage checkout, as in other standard magento themes. - Pages as registration, checkout, my account, etc. Should keep the design focus, we don't need custom work too much on this pages. - Code should be clean, open, well commented and easy to modify. - You should not resale the same or similar theme. - Installation is not needed, as we need to receive the theme as a package with basic installation instructions.
