Web Scrapping + WP Events Manager plugin

It is to extract the data that I attach in the excel example of a website similar to tradefairdates dot com (please search in google). In total there are 16 countries, which together add up to a total of 40 cities. You can see a screenshot of how this info would be organized in the listing (A). At the same time we need that inside the scraping also download the information about the fairgrounds, with its photo and description. Here you can see how the fairgrounds would look like (C) 2- You will send to us the excel (not csv so we can check it easy with clumns set) with all scrapped data including scrapped description of each show and we will return it to you modified by chatgpt to avoid duplicated content. So we will need some days to modify descriptions. To see the info we need to scrapp check(G1,g2,g3) 3- The resulting information must be stored in a google sheets file, we will provide the gmail account user and password. This file should be automatically synchronized with the events manager plugin data. (please research plugin, there is an option to do this inside) For this, you must first configure for us a google cloud account to be able to connect with google sheets see (E) We will provide the credentials of a gmail email you can work with 4- You will access to our wp admin, and configure our paid plugin (WP Events Manager) here I leave the plugin information: [login to view URL] so that the information is updated dynamically from the google sheets file. - You must perform the import, matching the form data with the plugin see screenshot (D) this is just an example with generic cell names. - It is essential that all fields in the google sheets file are correctly reflected by the plugin in the corresponding page of our site (event listing, individual page of each event, and location of each event) We will not use any more functionalities of the plugin (no registration, no ticket purchase, only the specified). You will need also to make some custom fields in front end to supply the data Also, in case some element is not being imported properly you will need to use custom fields and code to make sure is doing properly. We want to include some promotional images in the single page template according to (B) and (C) reference images Redirection to our landings: We have on our website about 310 landing pages (european trade shows) that should be linked to the corresponding title on the listings (when there´s a match we sill skip the default individual page (B) and replace it for our corresponding landing see on example([login to view URL])). In the case of not matching (not existing among our landings the event in question), the standart individual page will be used (B) 5- Every 4 months we will ask for a new scrapping to update the data in the google sheets template. this is not only because our events will appear but also because we will need to update those that did not have all the information (many events, especially those of 2026/27 do not include precise dates, and when the organizers finally give them, we need to update the information). In this case it will only be necessary to pass through chatgpt the information of the new fairs, which will not be many. this work will be budgeted separately at the time. So if you make this job well, we can start a work relation over time. 6-- In each of the 40 landings with cities that already exist in our site we need to include a WP Events manager shortcode that shows only the fairs that correspond to that city, or country. for this you must define categories or tags in the google sheets file, which then imported by filtering. 7- The logos and images once the scrapping is done must be downloaded and uploaded to our wp admin. The excel file will contain the path to the file stored in our server, so events manager cant get it from there (Very important: not the original path) The google sheets synchronizable file must include the path of our site and not the old one. 8- We need that scrapped links (like the venue website, or the show webpage) be no follow. You need to find the way inside events manager to set this. And you need to explain us how are you doing it so we have peace of mind about link juice. 9- Test: To perform this work we will do a - test- of the complete work, so that once we are sure that everything works we can perform the scrapping of all the data and upload it to our wp admin. The test consists of: A- Make a scrapping of only 10 records from two example countries, 5 of each with all the information we need to show both in the listing and in the individual page of events, and the venue page. We must include the images (the logo of the fair and the image of the category) that will be uploaded to our web space. B- Create the necessary custom fields in events manager to include the information of the scrapping, both in the simple view of the event and in the venue view. C- Configure google sheets/google cloud with its corresponding JSON and upload the synchronized information. D- Configure the categories so that you can see the categories page with the photo of each category including automatically the corresponding fairs. E- Make a test of introducing a shortcut with listing in one of our city pages filtering by country (only one of the two countries of the scrapping will appear). F- Make a test of directing to one of our landings instead of the single page for one of the fairs. 10- Skills that we consider necessary to perform this job: (please do not accept if you do not have them) - 1 Have extensive knowledge of web Scrapping - 2 have previous experience working with WP Events manager or similar calendar plugin, with direct synchronization from google sheets - 3 Extensive proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, to set up permissions and verification json files - 4 Proficiency in PHP, javascript and pyton to configure and customize the plugin - 5 Worpress, excel, etc 11- MILESTONES: We will release milestones for each task achieved. - MILESTONE 1 (33,3%)- TEST SCRAPPING - MILESTONES 2 (33,3%)- SEND EXCEL WITH SCRAPPED INFO (ALL COUNTRIES AND CITIES, INCLUDING IMAGES UPLOADES IN OUR WEB SPACE) - MILESTONE (33,3%)- UPLOAD AND SYNC INFO TO OUR WEBSITE (GOOGLE SHEETS)
