Job Title: Marketing Manager - New Brand Development

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new sauce brand. This role requires a visionary individual with a proven track record in brand-building and the ability to translate creative ideas into successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of brand marketing, from strategy and concept to execution and analysis, ensuring a strong brand presence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our new sauce brand.
-Define brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
-Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align brand goals and ensure product-market fit.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to shape brand positioning and adapt strategies.
-Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize effectiveness.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to expand brand reach.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
-Proven experience in brand management, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and content marketing.
-Demonstrated success in launching and growing a new brand, with measurable results.
-Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for innovation.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
