If I understood right, you don't need any help. You can make it automatically in Microsoft Word. To create a PDF file in Microsoft Word or Pages, you can choose "Save As" and select "PDF" as the file format. If you need something special think it must be added to description. Don't take my offer, just wanted to share information with you.
