Task Create an artwork in 2D or 3D format interpreting the possible future look of Kazakhstan. The work should depict a combination of national culture and color and a futuristic future, as well as unusual and creative interpretations of this theme. It is encouraged to include elements characterizing Astana Hub activities and IT and gamedev themes. Terms of Reference 2D direction General Requirements: Create a full-fledged story illustration reflecting the contestant's vision of what Kazakhstan of the future would look like; The work should be done in color with an emphasis on detail and composition; The illustration may include elements and references to Mytona games; Technical requirements: Format of the work: any, and the final image in size should not be less than 1920 pixels on the smaller side; The work must be done in one of the raster graphic editors (Photoshop, Procreate, etc.); The use of photobashing, AI tools is prohibited. It is allowed to use photos, videos and other materials only as references. In case of violation of this rule, the work will not be evaluated; It is necessary to attach 2-4 stages of the work process (wip) and several sketches grouped in one image. 3D direction General Requirements: Create a 3D illustration or scene that reflects the contestant's vision of what the Kazakhstan of the future would look like; The illustration may include elements and references to Mytona games; It is acceptable to use animation (if appropriate) to create atmosphere; Technical Requirements: Render file: main image (render, butyshot, demoryl) in the size of 1920 pixels on the short side; Polygonage is not limited. Any number of textures can be used; Minor post-processing is allowed, but no finalization; Show the character or elements of the environment in an interesting pose or and consist of several angles (main image from the frontal perspective, additional: from the left and right side); It is necessary to attach technical images: screenshots of the grid, close-ups of interesting details and so on; The use of photobashing, AI tools is prohibited. It is allowed to use photos, videos and other materials only as references. In case a violation of this rule is noticed, the work will not be evaluated. The submitted works must not: - contain images of people or information about them without their consent; - violate moral or ethical principles and laws; - Violate the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, including but not limited to trademark, copyright, related rights and privacy; - contain defamatory, illegal, offensive or politically sensitive elements; - promote harmful environmental practices or negative social influences; - contain violence; - imitate directly the styles of existing artists (combinations and inspirational styles are acceptable). - The submitted works must not contain any explicit or sexually suggestive content. Submitted work should be respectful and considerate of all cultures, communities and people. The artist has full creative freedom within the provided guidelines. The artwork should prominently feature elements characterizing Astana Hub activities. The artwork should have a visual style and tone that is futuristic.
