Debug & Enhance RPi LEMaP Web Server Docker Setup Scripts

I need help with my set of .sh scripts that (re)install and configure a dockerised NGinx/PHP/MariaDB web server (LEMaP) on a RPi 3B+ running Raspbian Bookworm. The scripts require debugging, feature completion, and testing.
You will be given SSH access to an RPi 3B+ for testing.
It needs debugging and completion of features:
- Public site configuration: [login to view URL] both with SSL
- Dev site configuration: [login to view URL], with SSL
Currently the scripts are hanging when setting up SSL certificates, and it is not clear what is wrong.
The scripts probably need to be altered to enable separate testing.
The scripts needs tidying in the way it deals with re-installing over existing files if already installed,.
The scripts also need optimised SSL certificicate generation and configuration etc so it's only done when necessary, and also renews when needed.
Optimisation is needed so the web server(s) handles faults etc reliably.
The RPi will be behind a NAT router, and has a static IP. A configuration needs to be developed that allows:
1. Developers on that 192.168.1.* network to be able to access [login to view URL]
2. Paypal Sanxbox servers for testing via IPN validation to grant access
3. Developers outside the private network need a way of:
- accessing [login to view URL] in a browser using authentication
- samba or similar to update html/php files etc.
The current structure of the scripts could probably also be improved.
Finally, please include an "[login to view URL]" or similar, documenting any pertinent, important information.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in shell scripting and Linux systems, particularly Raspbian.
- Experience with Docker, NGinx, PHP, and MariaDB.
- Knowledge of setting up and managing SSL certificates.
- Familiarity with server security configurations and implementing automatic updates.
- Ability to handle server fault reliably and set up email alerts.
- Experience with structuring and optimizing shell scripts.
