We are company with Help Desk 24/7 for our customers.
We are looking for an AI system to assist to our technics ( first step ), to make the correct questions to final users, and following the indications of this robot, be able to assist to final users.
Second step ( not in this project ), when the system is fully tested and trained, is to reply directly to final users by phone. ( making questions and helping to users only by phone )
The actual information is not too clear, for sure we will need to improve the information for training pursoses, you must train to us about how to train the system.
Our tasks database is in SQLSERVER.
It's a complet project, you must have some experience in similar tasks.
