Building APK and Website for Remote device management

Development of an android apk + plugin + website to control android devices. Need to create android application and website for mobile device management. Details of the project are given below:

A. PURPOSE:

Anytime blocking functionality of android device 10.1 and below versions over the internet and enabling it back when required. Blocking all the stolen or lost devices, so no one can use any function of the device when its connected to internet. company wants to manage or control all our android devices as mentioned below:

B. PLUGIN (Secondary APK) DETAILS:

Plugin will run once with every restart of the device; Functions of the plugin will be:

1. Plugin will check if the main Application APK is installed in the system or not?

2. If main application is uninstalled, then it will reinstall the same application in the system

3. If application is Force Stopped, then it will enable the application.

C. MAIN APPLICATION (Primary APK) DETAILS:

App will keep running silently on the background. App will work with device MAC ID and app will adopt the MAC ID of each box as unique identification number of the application.

We will manually add all the device MAC ID into the website system for controlling the devices. Force Stop or Uninstall of this app will not be allowed.

We will add the APK files into the Firmware permanently, so that after factory reset it will stay in the device. You need to create the apk and our firmware developer will add the file in the device firmware.

D. FUNCTIONS OF THE APP:

App can block all the functionalities of the device, so that no one can use the device. Device blocking command will be sent through our website.

We can also re-enable the device back for working whenever it is required.

App will allow us to send message to any device or multiple devices or every device connected to our system.

App will help us to install any APK files to the device(s) through our website. If we ever want to install any apk file to any specific device or multiple devices or all the devices connected to the system. We will be able to send and install apk file on device.

1. Block and Activate function.

a) Can Block or Re-Activate the device from website.

b) Once blocked, a picture or message with MAC ID will display on the device that your device is expired.

c) After Re-Activating the device, it will start working normally.

2. Set-up Expiry Date.

a) We will setup any specific date as expiry date of the device, then system will block the functionalities of the device. Message appears on screen that your device is expired, please renew the device with the company.

b) User will not be able to use the device anymore; all functions will be disabled on expiry date.

c) Simply a picture or message will show on screen with MAC ID that your device is expired, please renew the device with the company.

3. Sending message

We will be able to send message to the device(s):

a) A pop-up message will appear on screen with ok button, it will not interrupt any other functions of the device.

b) Can send message to any individual device or multiple device. OR

c) To all devices under 1 account or multiple accounts OR

d) To all devices connected to the system.

E. SENDING APK FILES

This function will help us to send and install apk files on the device(s) from our website:

a) Can send and install apk file to one android device and it will install the apk into the device

b) Can send apk file and install to any individual device or multiple device. OR

c) To all devices under 1 account or multiple accounts OR

d) To all devices connected to the system.
