**Project Description:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced accountant to provide essential financial management services for ClubEssentials, a prominent local tennis club. The selected accountant will play a vital role in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, efficient financial tracking, and seamless accounting processes. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for maintaining financial records. - Demonstrated expertise in Intuit QuickBooks for transaction management and reporting. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial tasks. - Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards. - Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with club management and stakeholders. - We prefer US based candidates. **Deliverables:** - Well-organized and up-to-date financial records in Excel format. - Regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Budget vs. Actual analysis and recommendations for financial improvement. - Timely and accurate tax documentation and filing. **Note:** To ensure the selection of the best candidate, we may request a brief consultation to discuss your approach and strategies for optimizing our financial management.
