create a virtual world in UE4 using openstreet map

The project is to design a plugin in Unreal Enine to load openstreetmap informations with terrain model to simulate a virtual world in Unreal Engine 4. Aerial or satellite images can help for the textures if needed. Models will be bought for the freelancer if needed.
