I need a Photoshop (PSD) or Canva based profile image created from an existing concept. This image must be fully editable, allowing us to easily add new profile photos, change the name text, and modify the background.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (PSD) and/or Canva
- Ability to create an image based on an existing concept
- Experience with creating fully editable graphics
- Understanding of the specified style similarity to the concept image
- High-resolution image creation

Please ensure that the profile image is designed in a way that makes these elements easy to modify.

The profile image should be web standard resolution, ideally 150 dpi, and sized to 1200x1200 pixels.
We are looking for two options.
1. Something that is based on the concept image
2. Something that reflects our club colours and logo (colours and N and lightning bolt).
