So that every mile becomes an experience, the eBike Flow app offers you route planning, navigation, and activity tracking that’s just made for you. Together with strong partners and artificial intelligence. So that you stay in the flow – before, during, and after the ride.

Plan routes without range anxiety, but with freedom and flexibility. You can put together your own detailed eBike rides, use existing routes, or simply follow a recommendation. No matter how you plan: Your next journey will be more successful with greater planning security.

Navigation gets you places. But why not also enjoy the journey? This is ensured by a clear route display, precise turn-by-turn directions, and fast rerouting. These enable a modern navigation experience, whether with a display, a phone on the handlebar, or via voice-based navigation.

With the eBike Flow app, you can plan your next ride to perfection: Customize the route with map details and a route profile to suit your needs – or import existing routes from komoot or via GPX.

Tailored to your trip

Choose the route profile that suits your riding situation: "Leisure" for nature lovers on flat terrain and bike paths. "Daily" for fast, bike-friendly routes directly from A to B. "eMTB" takes you off-road on unpaved routes and trails.

Keep the overview

Map details show you additional information on the map. You can choose which you want to see. "eBike Heatmap" displays frequently traveled routes. "Satellite" view provides better orientation. With "MTB Trails," trails are displayed with their different levels of difficulty. You will be less distracted with the dark version of the map.

If you link the eBike Flow app with your komoot account, you can transfer routes between the apps and share your rides with the community.

Set the range of your eBike yourself

With the eBike Flow app, you can see how much remaining battery capacity you would have at your destination in the respective riding mode. You can also use "Range Control" to select what battery level you want to arrive with. During the journey, the support of the drive unit is adjusted so that the desired remaining range is guaranteed on arrival.

Customized planning

Our route planning operates with artificial intelligence that learns from your previous journeys. This allows us to suggest customized routes with a precisely calculated arrival time.

Using your phone as a display

With the SmartphoneGrip, you can use the ride screen – even in portrait format. It displays important riding data such as your speed, ride time, and distance, as well as the battery charge level. It also offers detailed navigation including 3D map display with turn-by-turn directions via sound or voice output.

Precise navigation with Kiox 300 or Kiox 500

The navigation function for Kiox 300 and Kiox 500 will get you safely to your destination. If you start the navigation in the eBike Flow app, your display automatically takes over the route, guides you precisely with turn-by-turn instructions, and shows you all intersections. If you have subscribed to Flow+, you will receive even more map details on your Kiox 300 and Kiox 500.*

Flexible navigation during the ride

You can use the quick menu to adjust destinations or stop active navigation when riding. You remain flexible during your ride without having to stop.

Your route. Perfectly visualized.

Calculation meets adventure: a graph visualizes the elevation graph for your current ride on your display or the ride screen. This means you can always see which ascents and recovery phases await you.

Keeping a close eye on your pulse

You can connect your heart rate monitor or your Apple Watch to your eBike and track your heart rate on Kiox 300, Kiox 500, or the ride screen during your ride – for optimal training.

When you set off, the eBike Flow app automatically records your riding data and automatically synchronizes it with Apple Health, Strava, or komoot if you so wish. In the statistics, you can analyze your tour and fitness data and export it as a GPX file or in FIT format. Flow+ gives you access to further statistics about your ride.*

Flow+ is the subscription service for eBikes with the smart system that are equipped with a ConnectModule – and provides added smart navigation. Only the Flow+ subscription gives you access to the premium services "Current charge level," "Extended navigation," and "Additional statistics."* This allows you to plan routes even more relaxed, with additional navigation features, and the ability to analyze your rides in more detail.
