How do I change personal information and settings in my account?

It's easy! You can manage your Boost account online or in the Boost Mobile app. Simply login to get started. Here you can see your billing and payment information, plan and usage details and much more

You Can:

  • Adjust privacy settings

How do I change my password?

Boost Mobile app

  1. Click Settings at the top right. Go to SecurityChange Password

On the web

  1. Head to the Log in page and enter your email or phone number linked to your account.
  2. Choose Sign In with PasswordForgot Password.
  3. If you used your email, watch for a verification email. If you used your phone number, expect a verification text.
  4. Enter the code you receive and follow the prompts to set a new password.

How do I find my Security PIN?

You’ll need a 4-digit security PIN to verify your account. This PIN helps us keep your account secure when calling our Customer Care line or filing a Phone Protection claim.

On the web

  1. To set up your Security Pin, you'll need to log into your Boost Account on the web.
  2. Go to SettingsSecurity.
  3. Under Account security, setup your 4-Digit Pin.

Boost Mobile app

  1. To change your Security Pin, go to SettingsSecurity.
  2. Select Change PIN to update your Security Pin.
