This link is based on permanent exchanges, consistent availability, and a relationship of trust, as well as expertise and close professional relationships. We have been at their side for 38 years and we currently work with 2,600 financial advisors and brokers.
To allow our partners to provide their clients with the best support, we have designed and made available a complete set of savings, retirement and pension products, as well as a large range of tools and services.
Since 2018, we have created a dedicated entity of 160 employees, who put their expertise at the service of our partners, and assist them in their everyday challenges.
This entity brings together all the skills which may be necessary; middle-and back-office, commercial teams, marketing, IT... And our financial engineering service makes it possible to access well-known legal and tax expertise in multiple sectors.
The Regional Partnership Officers are always in the field and can provide our financial advisors and brokers with specialized training tailored to their professional interests.
As digitalisation is at the heart of concerns, we are investing hugely in this area. With our partners, we are building innovative tools and services, which will make their transactions quicker and easier. Our ambition is to digitalise all operations on savings and pensions contracts by 2025. With creditor protection insurance, we already offer clients a smooth high-level journey perfectly suited to their needs.
Mindful of the changes within the profession of financial advisors and brokers and of the expectations of their clients, we publish every year a ‘barometer for financial advisors and their clients’ (available in french), in partnership with Kantar TNS, French leader of marketing and opinion studies.
