The upcoming Hero XPulse 400 has been spotted testing along with the smaller XPulse 210 at the Khardung La top.

The Hero XPulse 400 looked bigger and had side panniers as well. It also has a chunkier front beak. The XPulse 400 is likely to get the same 440cc, air-/oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine, paired with a six-speed gearbox as the Mavrick 440. It makes 27PS and 36Nm. The spied bike also seems to have a big rear sprocket, that may provide a torquey power delivery and better low-end grunt.

Based on the spy shots, the XPulse 400 appears to be rolling on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels like the XPulse 200. It seems to have chunkier all-terrain tube tyres. Apart from the Himalayan 450, this bike will also compete with the KTM 390 Adventure.

We expect the Hero XPulse 400 to launch in India around mid-2025. It is likely to be priced somewhere around the Rs 2.4 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.
