Summary
A ridge of high pressure extending from the Continent will maintain mainly fair weather and light or moderate breezes in the southeast of the United Kingdom. However an area of low pressure will track northeastwards between Scotland and Iceland, and this will give a fresher southwesterly airflow across the northwest.
