  • How frequently will my current account statements be issued?

    Your personal current account statements will normally be issued on a monthly basis. This is to meet requirements under the Payment Service Regulations, which defines that banks must provide current account holders with transaction information on at least a monthly basis.

  • Are estatements available?

    Yes, estatements are automatically available free of charge on 365 Online on the same frequency as paper statements. They contain the same information as the paper version and you can be notified of when the latest version is available for viewing. 365 online is available to all personal current account customers over 16 years of age.

  • Can I stop having paper statements issued for my PCA?

    Yes, all personal current account customers who are registered for 365 Online can opt-out of receiving paper statements or opt in again at any time via the 365 Online ‘Manage Accounts’ menu.

  • Can I change the frequency my current account statements are issued?

    From 2018, to ensure we continue to meet the Payment Service Regulations, we're no longer able to offer the option of a statement frequency less than monthly. If you need statements more frequently than monthly, please call our dedicated Customer Service teams who will be happy to help you.
