Set up online access

Skip this step if you joined online – you're already registered.

Download the Australian Retirement Trust app

It's available on the App store for iOS mobiles and Google Play for Android mobiles.

Log in and set up

You can log in with your email or member number and password. Then set up a PIN, Touch ID or FaceID and your notifications.

Yes, it works on most phones and tablets. Our mobile app is designed to work with Apple iOS (e.g. iPhone, iPad) and Android operating systems (e.g. Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel).

Keep your phone or device updated to make sure our app downloads and works smoothly.

Yes, our mobile app has high level security features to protect your super account and member details.

We’re serious about keeping your super safe and have security in place to help protect your account. Contact us if you have any concerns.

How we protect your super

  • Log in using your Australian Retirement Trust online account login details.
  • Once you have logged in, go to Profile > Settings
  • Under PIN settings tap Enable PIN, Enable Face ID sign in and/or Enable Touch ID.
  • The Sunsuper app is now the Australian Retirement Trust app, because we merged with QSuper in 2022.

    Your login details for Australian Retirement Trust Member Online and the Australian Retirement Trust mobile app are the same as your Sunsuper account.

    Sunsuper rewards are also now Australian Retirement Trust Rewards, and you can find them all in the app.

    If you can't remember your ART super login details, we can get you back online. We just need to run a quick check first.

    Never logged in before?

    You'll need to register for online access first. Then use your online account login details for the app.

    If you’re an Australian Retirement Trust member with online access and you don't have a Lifetime Pension, you can use the app.

    Everyone who joins online gets online access straight away.

    What if I don't have online access?

    Register for online access to your account. It's easy and should only take a few minutes.

    This app is for your Super Savings accounts only.

    If you have a QSuper account with us, please download our QSuper app.

    Yes, if you have one account with us you can see your last account balance and membership details without having to log in.

  • To do this, select Profile > Settings > Enable quick balance.
  • Once enabled, the 'Show quick balance’ option will appear each time you access the app.
  • What if I have more than one account?

    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the balance of your accounts using quick balance.

    Our app makes it easy to email your account details to your new employer.

    Go to More > Changing jobs and get a pre-filled form emailed straight to yourself or your new employer.

    Yes, if you're a member with us, you can add money to your Super Savings account in our app.

    Click on More > Manage your super > Add to your super.

    If you're an employer who needs to pay super, you'll want the Australian Retirement Trust Clearing House instead.

    Yes, you can check and update your contact details in our app. You can also verify your mobile and email address.

    Just go to Profile > Contact details.

    But you’ll need to log into Member Online to change your last name.

    Yes, you can combine your super in our app.

  • Go to More > Manage your super > Consolidating your super.
  • We’ll first ask you to confirm your identity.
  • Then we'll step you through the process.
  • You can switch your investment options easily in our app.

    Go to More > Your account > Manage investments and tap on ‘Change investments’ to get started.

    You can check your level of cover but you can't make changes to your insurance using our mobile app.

    To apply to increase, reduce or cancel your insurance cover any time, log in to Member Online or contact us on 13 11 84.

    Yes, you can read your annual statements and letters from us on our app.

    Go to More > Your account > Statements and letters.

    Not at this time. But you can keep an eye on your balance and transaction history.

    To make withdrawals or change your income payments any time, log in to Member Online.
