This registration is for the in-person meeting in San Diego, CA taking place April 24-26, 2025. Attendees will also be able to review the online recordings after the meeting and claim additional CME for concurrent sessions.

Online Meeting: On-Demand | May 5 - June 30, 2025

This registration is for access to recordings of the conference material. Participation will be eligible for enduring material CME.

*NOTE: Trainees registering as a non-member will be asked to provide a letter from their Department Chair confirming residency status or a copy of their student ID card.

International World Bank Rate: Attendees who reside in countries that are considered 'Lower-Middle' or 'Low' income countries are eligible for a discounted rate. Please contact info@asccp.org to inquire.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the start of the course. Any notice received by this time will be refunded, minus $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after this time.

Food Allergies and Vegetarian Requirements: Please email meetings@asccp.org with your request at least two weeks before the start of the meeting. Any requests made after this date may not be able to be accommodated. No requests will be accepted on site.
