Third-party communities may register for listings within the App My Community Apps (\u201cApp My Community Locations\u201d). We provide this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we collect, how we use it, share it and protect it. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. BY USING THE WEBSITES, THE APP MY COMMUNITY APPS OR THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT VISIT THESE WEBSITES, SET UP AN ACCOUNT OR USE THE APP MY COMMUNITY APPS OR THE SERVICES.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><b>Information Gathering and Usage:<\/b><\/h4><p>When you register with the Company we may ask for information such as your name, location, and email address.\u00a0 You may also choose to provide information requests to a specific App My Community Location. We may also ask you to create a username and a password.<\/p><p>All personal information provided to the Company is hereinafter referred to as Personal Data. We will store all of this information. We use collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research. We do not share your personal information with unrelated third parties unless explicitly approved by you.<\/p><p>By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred and stored from your current location to the offices and servers of the Company and the authorized third parties referenced below.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong>Aggregated Personal Data:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4><p>In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, Websites and App My Community Apps, the Company often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. The Company may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong>Location Data: <\/strong><\/h4><p>Our Service, Websites and\/or App My Community Apps may collect and use your location data (for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our Service.\u00a0If you choose to enable our location features, your location information is used only to target important push notifications to you when you are on property.\u00a0This location data is used only to provide you a better user experience and is not publicly displayed or shared with other users.\u00a0We may also use your location information in an aggregate way, as described above in the \u201cAggregated Personal Data\u201d section.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong>Images and Photos:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4><p>App My Community Apps may ask for and collect images and photos (for example, Costume Contest Judging or Golf Cart, Site, or Christmas Lights Decorations ).\u00a0\u00a0If you choose to upload any photos to any App My Community Apps, the\u00a0App My Community Location will have access to these photos and may use them for social media or marketing.\u00a0 App My Community will not use these images for any purpose without your written consent.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong>Advertising Partners: <\/strong><\/h4><p>The Websites, Service and\/or App My Community Apps may use third-party advertising companies to serve content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use cookies, web beacons or pixel tags. No personal information is shared with the ad providers.\u00a0\u00a0 These advertising service providers may collect non-identifiable information about your visits to the Site, and your interactions with our products and Services. Such non-identifiable information does not include your name, address, email address or other personal information. Upon selection of a App My Community Location, you will receive information related to that particular App My Community Location. Upon accessing a App My Community Location, you will be able to access messages posted by the App My Community Location and access other data related thereto. The App My Community Locations will not have access to your personal information, unless you provide it directly to the App My Community Location. In the event that you release personal information to a App My Community Location and such information is wrongly disclosed, we are not required to litigate or otherwise pursue any wrongful disclosure of your data and information.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong>Data Storage:<\/strong><\/h4><p>We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services.
