3. How do I search live streams for Cricket Matches in Australia?

Customers can search using the terms present in the match title e.g., you can search with team names Australia or India or Bangladesh etc. to get the desired results. From your web browser, you can directly access the Sports Collection Page.

4. Can I watch Cricket Matches in Australia while traveling?

While traveling, Amazon.com.au Prime members can access AU content using an AU international roaming cell phone plan. Customers cannot access AU content when connected to an out of country internet connection.

5. Which Cricket Matches in Australia will be available live on Prime Video?

6. What coverage will be available - daily highlights, replays, streams/matches?

Coverage includes live broadcast of up to 448 matches with full match replays available shortly after the match ends. Replays and extended highlights can be accessed via the match pages, and will be available through the end of the season. Highlights will be available on the Cricket page in two formats; 10 minute short highlights, and 25 minute extended highlights.

7. Can I record Cricket Matches in Australia?

We don’t currently provide the ability to record live streams.

8. When are replays and highlights available?

Full match replays and highlights will be available shortly after the match ends. These items can be accessed via the match pages, and will be available through the end of the season. Highlights will be available on the Cricket page in two formats; 10 minute short highlights, and 25 minute extended highlights.

9. Will commentary & Subtitles be available for these matches?

Yes. Studio commentary and subtitles will be available for all the matches.

10. Can I rewind, pause and fast forward on my device?

Rewind, pause and fast forward are available on Android and iOS mobile devices, Web (Chrome, FireFox, Edge), Fire TV, Google Chromecast, Apple TV (Gen 3 and newer) & selected Smart TVs. Use Watch from beginning play button on the detail page or in the player to watch from the match kickoff. Please note that these features are not supported on all devices.

11. What is the video resolution for these matches on Prime Video?

Cricket Matches in Australia will be available in High Definition (HD). Prime Video provides optimal streaming experience depending on the available bandwidth speed.

12. How do I install Prime Video on my devices?

The Prime Video app is available on all major set-top boxes, multiple smart TVs, Amazon devices, mobile devices, Blu-Ray players, game consoles, and media streaming devices.

  • Open your device's app store to download and install the Prime Video app.
  • Open the Prime Video app.

13. I’m experiencing streaming issues, what can I do?

First, check your device bandwidth speeds. For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If you’re experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture.

14. My stream is delayed, how do I reduce this?

Whilst all devices have been optimized to give a smooth and clear viewing experience, some devices offer less delay between the live game and your stream. We recommend using a Fire TV, iOS or Android device for the best viewing experience.

15. I’m receiving a location error when attempting to watch.

Coverage of ICC cricket tournaments in Australia is only available to Amazon.com.au Prime members based in Australia only. All other international locations aren’t supported. Prime Video doesn't support streaming content through Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy connections.

16. Can I live stream matches on any device?

You can stream these matches online through your web browser, and Internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, set-top-boxes, Fire tablets and other compatible devices. You can stream the same video to no more than two devices at a time.
