I was in the market to purchase a memo recorder from a retailer to take notes at work to later type up at work and i shopped around and found they run from 20.00 to 50.00 for the device. This does what i need for free! This is a no brainer, i take my tablet with me to meetings and presto it's done. Now what am i going to do with the money i saved. LOL

Picks up well and holds hours of audio

I used this app to record at a crowded city council meeting and I could understand every word when I played it back. I recorded 2 meetings, each about an hour and it took very little of the available space. It's also easy to retrieve audio files and move through them.

I tried this and several other audio only recorders. Maybe the problems is me, but none of them had satisfactory audio even at max volume on my Kindle Fire HD. The only thing that worked well for me was the video/audio recorder called AdVideoRecorder. But for those times that I only want audio, I have not found a satisfactory app.

I'm a songwriter and often I have song ideas at random times and random places. I need to be able to record those ideas at any given time. This app works great however, I only used it once. The sound quality is clear. I'm curious to hear how it sounds recording a group for memo purposes, i.e. choir rehearsal....if it functions well enough under those circumstances then I will give it 5 stars.

Dieses Programm ist nicht im Playstore von Google zu finden. Ich probierte ca. 15 verschiedene Diktier-Apps für Android. Dieses ist mit Abstand das Beste von der Qualität und der Funktion, jeweils neue Aufnahmen einfach an die alte Aufnahme ANZUFÜGEN. So braucht man nicht jedes Mal wieder bei Null anzufangen. Warum andere Entwickler dieses entscheidende Feature übersehen haben, ist mir unerklärlich. Die Sprachqualität ist schon bei mittlerer Einstellung sehr sehr gut. Bei höchster Einstellung ausgezeichnet und übertrifft manche Diktiergeräte in der Preisklasse um die EUR 100,- (Panasonic und Olympus liegen zum Vergleich vor). Mein Smartphone ist ein ZTE Axon 10 Pro mit 6 GB RAM (vermutlich das derzeit beste Smartphone bezüglich Audioqualität dank Dolby Atmos laut Unbox Therapy und Michael Fisher Mr. Mobile, Stand 2-2021).
