Wonderful new & traditional recipes made simple & time-saving, presented with clear instructions beyond what is usually explained in most cookbooks. For example, for the Ritz Cracker Peanut Butter Pie recipe it notes simply to use a glass pie plate because it freezes better. My inclination would have been to use a metal pie plate. There are many tips to help cooks avoid mistakes or just to make cooking easier & the recipe turn out the way it should.
