Everyone should have access to information, no matter what your abilities are. Whether you're having trouble with your phone, services, or account, we're here to make sure you get the support you need.
Like accessibility ramps or lifts you find in the real world, we’re designing our new website to be more user friendly for those with vision, hearing or other impairments can fairly access our content.
Stay connected with ease, access your account information anytime, anywhere via the 2degrees mobile app or website.
Find your account details on your invoice which is sent out every month if you have a postpaid mobile account or a broadband account.
Get help with your account by:
- Downloading our app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Visiting the 2degrees website
- Going to your local 2degrees store
- Calling 200 from your 2degrees phone
- Calling our Care team on 0800 022 022 or +6422 200 2000 if you are outside of New Zealand
- Sending an email to our Care team through the Contact Us form
Many Kiwis deal with visual impairments, and we're here to make sure anyone struggling with their vision can still rely on us for support. Our website has been updated so that it is screen reader friendly, that means most of our website text and images can be converted to speech.
Need assistance? Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is just a call away at 200, ready to guide you through billing details, pack information, and more. Or, opt to chat with the Care team who will be happy to help.
We've noticed some colour combinations on our site aren't clear enough and don’t meet accessibility standards yet. That’s why we're committed to improving the colour contrast, to make sure our website is clear and easy to see.

Trouble hearing? You're not alone. Our website is thoughtfully designed to include closed captions on all videos and audio content.
If you need a hand contact our Customer Care team via email or social media. If you do want to talk in person we collaborate with the New Zealand Relay Service and have New Zealand Sign Language trained staff members that can assist you.

If you have Bluetooth-compatible hearing aids, many of our devices can sync with them, or provide visual alerts for notifications.
If you or a loved one needs uninterrupted landline service due to medical reasons, let us know.
Being medically dependent may mean that you have monitored medical alarms, or alternatively you may rely on it to use NZ Relay Services for hearing difficulties.
Request to be listed as medically dependent, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis but please bring it to our staffs attention so we can support you!
We'll make sure your account notes that you're medically dependent. This way, your landline will always stay connected!
Emergency Services can be reached anytime on 111. If your mobile account is restricted due to an unpaid invoice calling 111 will still go through.
If you contact 2degrees and you are in an emergency, please let us know so that we can put you through to 111 immediately.
If you have difficulty hearing or speaking there is a 111 Text Service which you can register for. Please find more information regarding the 111 Text Service on the government page.
We want our website to be simple to navigate, that’s why we’re reducing moving images that might be distracting. On the rare occasion our images do move, they'll do so gently and without any sudden flashes.
We're also revamping our support pages to be less wordy and more helpful! We get it, walls of text can be overwhelming, that’s why we’re adding imagery and screenshots to guide you through every step, making it easier to find exactly what you need.
