Delivering high quality Unit4 Business World implementations and services, the global, cloud-first company has delivered transformational solutions to some of the world's largest Unit4 customers and recently achieved the coveted ISO27001 Information Security certification.
Its New Zealand-based team switched its communications to 2degrees in 2014, and now uses a combination of mobile and broadband to run its New Zealand operations. Global Operations Manager, Matthew Pritchard, says Agilyx switched to 2degrees not only for cost efficiencies but also in the pursuit of a superior level of service.
"We had grown increasingly dissatisfied with our previous provider, so we started exploring alternatives, and 2degrees stood out. Their account management is exceptional, far surpassing what we were used to, and they make it incredibly easy for us to manage our communications,” says Pritchard.

"We saw an opportunity and seized it – and 2degrees made sure it was seamless. As a result, we have been able to cut the number of fixed phone lines we had in the office and, after trialling it for a while, were then able to remove our remaining phone lines completely, with confidence.
It's been really successful as we can still operate a local office number through our mobiles without any external impact. There's no barrier to doing it and a lot of great upsides. We have been able to strip out unnecessary operating costs and eliminate the need to maintain old-style copper phone lines. As an example of the benefits, we recently relocated our office and all we had to do was take our mobiles with us and we were back to work."
Pritchard stresses the importance of having a reliable mobile service for both flexibility and ensuring business continuity. "With our office and direct phone numbers linked to our mobiles, we can operate from anywhere, which is particularly important given that we’re located on a fault line in Wellington.
