Signal strength shown is indicative of the 2degrees network and outdoor coverage. Actual coverage may vary based on device and other environmental factors.

Things that can affect your signal:

	Device Not all devices support alll kinds of networks. A good place to start is ensure your phone or tablet is compatible with 3G, 4G or 5G.
	Weather Bad weather has a way of bringing everyone down. Sometimes, this extends to our mobile networks too.
	Location If you’re underground (like a carpark) or in an elevator, coverage signals may be weak or intermittent.
	Movement When driving, your phone has to leapfrog between cell towers to keep you connected. This switch may affect your connectivity.
	Geography We’d love to flick a switch and turn all our networks on for the whole country. But for now, 4G or 5G might still be on its way to where you live.
