Yes I restored a backup.
It looks like WordPress 6.5.2 has been installed and generated the issue (previously it was 6.1.4).
I had to block the automatic updates to prevent similar issue in the future.
Has someone seen similar issue in order I can trust in futures updates?

So app updated line is the actual WP Core, not an app
The add ons are all your apps. If you have them set to automatic updating or something you can run into issues. There’s a really nice app called Rollback that you can add when these things happen. Often times that can help.
WordPress in general is an open source platform where everyone contributes to it. So it’s like a bunch of cooks in the kitchen, and recipes can get messed up. Burning down the kitchen. Sorry, best analogy I can think of. It happens from time to time. Just make sure you have a good hosting provider that takes backups 2x a day. Update apps cautiously and all will be well.
If you update and it goes down again, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
