Site breaks with latest release if using PHP 7.3

    This plugin has been running in a site that runs on PHP 7.3. the plugin was set to auto-update. Today my site was broken with the error message:

    “Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version “>= 7.4.0″.”

    Presumably the plugin should not auto-update if it requires 7.4 or greater and it’s not available?
