Regarding your question about the EAN plugin, here are some troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate any recently added plugins to see if there’s a conflict affecting the EAN field.
    2. Inspect Product Data: Ensure there are no unusual characters or formatting in the EAN input, as hidden characters can cause issues.
    3. Review User Permissions: Confirm that your user role has the necessary permissions to edit and save all product data.
    4. Update WooCommerce: Make sure your WooCommerce and related plugins are updated to the latest versions.
    5. Clear Cache: If you’re using caching plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue persists.
    6. Error Logs: Review your server or WordPress error logs for any messages that might indicate what’s going wrong when saving the EAN.
    7. Database Issues: Consider optimizing your database or checking for corruption, as this can prevent data from saving correctly.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us at support@wpfactory.com. We can investigate further and escalate your request to our advanced development team if necessary.

We look forward to hearing from you. If you find our service satisfactory after resolving your issue, we would appreciate a 5-star rating.

    Thank you and best regards,
    WPFactory Support Team
